Voxel does not build generic, disposable templates on cheap shared hosting. We engineer high-performance digital assets and manage them for you.

Your monthly retainer covers the entire initial custom build, enterprise-grade server hosting, military-grade SSL security patching, routine codebase maintenance, and your allotted monthly revision rounds. It is an all-inclusive infrastructure designed so you never have to worry about website management.

How do I request revisions to my website? +

Streamlined communication is critical to our high-speed service model. We do not use messy email threads or text messages to track updates.

Once your site is live, you can submit update requests 24/7 through your secure Client Account Portal. Simply log in, navigate to the Engineering Desk, and submit a ticket. Our team executes standard updates within 48 hours. This ensures all of your structural and aesthetic directives are officially logged and executed precisely.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription? +

Yes. You have complete control over your subscription through your Client Billing Portal. You can pause or cancel your monthly retainer at any time with zero hidden fees.

Please note that because we cover the server costs and codebase maintenance, if your retainer is paused or canceled, your custom website and hosting will be safely suspended until reactivated.

How do domain names work, and do I own the site? +

By default, every deployed system includes a secure, complimentary Voxel subdomain so you can launch immediately. If you prefer to use a custom domain (e.g., yourcompany.com), you can easily purchase one through a registrar like GoDaddy or Namecheap.

Once secured, simply provide us with the details in your Intake Portal, and our engineers will handle the complex DNS routing to seamlessly connect it to your new Voxel architecture. And yes—you retain 100% ownership of your brand, your domain, and your website's written and visual content.

What is your refund policy? +

Because every Voxel deployment requires immediate server allocation, custom coding, and dedicated engineering labor from day one, all deployments are final and non-refundable once construction begins.

However, your complete satisfaction is our priority. This is exactly why every solution includes dedicated monthly revision rounds—so we can collaboratively refine the architecture until it perfectly aligns with your operational goals.

What is the difference between the Growth and Enterprise solutions? +

The Growth solution is our most popular system. It is designed for established businesses needing a powerful, 7-page revenue hub with custom layouts and mobile optimization.

The Enterprise solution is strictly reserved for market leaders. It includes up to 15 pages of strategic architecture, and unlocks our highest-level capabilities: native WebGL 3D integration, custom GLSL shaders, and complex physics interactions.
