VOXEL WEB DESIGN // DATA PROTOCOLS // REV. 2026.3 (FINAL)

This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Voxel Web Design ("We," "Our," or "Us") regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our website or engage our digital architecture services (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

For purposes of applicable data protection laws, Voxel Web Design acts as a data controller for client contact and project data, while Fourthwall, Inc. acts as an independent controller for platform, payment, and analytics data.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you explicitly provide to us during the project intake or checkout process. This includes:

  • Identity Data: Name, company name, and job title.
  • Contact Data: Email address, phone number, and billing address.
  • Project Data: Branding assets, account credentials, and proprietary business information provided for the execution of your project.

1.2 Payment Information (Important)

We do not directly store or process payment card data. All financial transactions are processed securely by Fourthwall, Inc. and its designated payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We only receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction metadata (e.g., date, amount, and payment method). We do not have access to your full credit card number.

1.3 Automated Collection & Cookies

When you interact with our Services, our infrastructure partner (Fourthwall, Inc.) automatically collects certain technical data via cookies and server logs:

  • Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on site, and navigation paths.

Where required by law, we rely on Fourthwall’s cookie consent mechanisms to allow you to manage your tracking preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your Personal Information strictly for professional purposes:

  • To deliver the web design and configuration services purchased;
  • To facilitate payment processing via our third-party vendors;
  • To communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose information only to the following trusted parties:

  • Infrastructure Providers: We utilize Fourthwall, Inc. for hosting, e-commerce functionality, and data storage. By using our site, you acknowledge that your data is processed through Fourthwall's infrastructure in accordance with their privacy practices.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Voxel Web Design or others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, client data may be transferred as a business asset.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we handle to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. For example, client project data is retained for up to 24 months after project completion to facilitate future updates or maintenance, unless you request earlier deletion or legal requirements mandate a longer retention period.

6. Your Rights (CCPA & GDPR)

Depending on your location (including California, the EEA, and the UK), you may have specific rights regarding your data:

  • Access & Correction: Request a copy of your data or correct inaccuracies.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten").
  • Opt-Out: Opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal info for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Children's Information

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

8. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. At this time, our Services do not respond to such signals. However, you may control tracking technologies through Fourthwall’s cookie consent tools and your browser settings.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our information practices, or the features of the Services. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice through our website or client communication channels.
