• Secure Domain Connection: We professionally connect your custom web address (e.g., yourbrand.com) to ensure your site is secure, verified, and accessible globally.

• Visual Identity Integration: We systematically apply your logo, color palette, and fonts to create a cohesive brand look across every page.

• Basic SEO Configuration: We implement essential meta-tags and site indexing settings to ensure your website is visible to search engines like Google.

• Domain Connection: We connect your custom web address to the site. Already own a domain? Great, we will connect it for you. Need a domain? You can buy one during setup (approx. $15/year). Note: Voxel does not collect or pass-through domain fees. This payment is made directly to the registrar (e.g., Fourthwall, GoDaddy) to ensure direct asset ownership.

• Content Submission: You provide the text and images; we provide the architecture. Our intake form will guide you on exactly what to upload.

• Service Policy: Because our team allocates development resources immediately upon purchase, this service is non-refundable. By deploying this build, you acknowledge and agree to the Voxel Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• How to Start: Immediately after purchase, you will receive a downloadable PDF called the Project Start Guide. This file contains a link to our secure intake form where you will upload your logo and project details.

• NOTE: Upon purchase, you will receive the Voxel Digital Key (.html). This is a secure, interactive browser file designed to guide you through our onboarding protocol. Simply download and open it in any web browser to access your project intake form.
